Jason,
I feel the Oreck should be able to help your situation. Still works great and is still on today. Though I don't have the low humidity issue, it does present itself since I am using the central heater to keep the house warm. Our dust is also coming from a couple of nearby ranches. Try it for 30 days and see if it makes a difference for you and your family. It did for mine. Thanks for the comment.

My wife is looking for a way to cut down on dust in Eastern Montana. Due to the low humidity and large amount of farmland, we have significantly more dust than before. Thanks to your review, I can now show her this unit and see what she thinks!
