Pros: Works good.

Cons: No response from customer service for email. No one answered the telephone after 30 minutes
customer528's Full Review: Oreck AIR4000 Air Purifier
I have Air 4000 for about 2 years. All of a sudden it stopped
running. I emailed Oreck customer service and have
not received any response for 2 weeks. I also called
Oreck customer service, heard the recording, and after holding
the phone for 30 minutes with no one answer, I hang up.
It works good when it is running.
