I recently replaced my home office telephone with the Polycom SoundPoint Pro telephone. I had been using a cheaper telephone, but had call quality problems and needed something that allowed me to use headphones.

The Polycom phone provides excellent sound quality when using the handset. The speaker phone is probably the best out there for a home office telephone, plus you can plug a noise cancelling headset in and easily switch from handset, to headset, to speaker phone with the touch of a button.
You also have speed dial, redial, flash, and hold buttons. It can handle up to two telephone lines. The LCD display provides caller ID information. Three-way conference calling is a cinch.
It is without a doubt the best telephone I have had in my home office, but it does come at a price.
