Pros:delighful color screen, compact design, nice stylus storage and good human engineering of displays, etc
Cons:fatal flaw buttons easily pushed will drain battery which then looses ALL of your data
The Bottom Line: Do not buy this or any PDA that does not have a permanent data memory!
At first I was excited about my T3 -- neat color screen, good features, easy to learn and use screen for personal and business data --After 2 months of data was stored and I began depending on it for daily to-do notes, etc., I started to keep it in my briefcase or pocket (still too bulky for my pockets though). Then a terrible thing happened: the side button must have gotten pushed while jiggling in my briefcase and it ran all nite and the next morning the battery was dead -- and so was two month's worth of data! I finally actually read the Palm Web site data and found a not too obvious WARNING: a dead battery erases ALL OF YOUR DATA -- I couldn't believe it! In these days of iPod's with hard disks and Flash memory -- why on earth would PALM design a device without permanent memory!! I got so angry I threw it across the room and finally gave it away. I feel VERY betrayed by PALM. I will NEVER buy another PDA until it has fail-proof memory. -- Yes, I learned later that you should download on a USB link to a PC a backup, etc -- but I don't have time for that "stuff" -- I'm back to a 50 cent spiral notepad!
