Hidden Cost of Ownership, unreliable.

Pros: Nice picture when it works.

Cons: Unreliable. Panasonic is unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility for their defective product.

Its been said before, but these TV's have a design flaw. I am on bulb #3 now, and the ballast just went, which I am going to try and repair. I could buy a new tv for what I spent on this thing over the past few years.

Its a shame, the picture quality is outstanding, I was in love with this set until it became the Ford Pinto of TVs and Panasonic refused to even admit there was a problem.

I will never buy a Panasonic again. If anyone can tell me the location of the nearest Panasonic office in the NYC area I will be happy to drop this thing off in their lobby.
