| jonstieg's Full Review: Panasonic SL-MP70 Personal CD Player |
I just got my SL-MP70. I was suprised by how light it was, even with the batteries. It is very circular in shape. It is not to big and looks nice. I really like the 4-way metal button on the top. Its great. It plays, pauses, fast forwards, rewinds, stops, shuts off and on. There are five buttons on the side for volume, sound quality, shock protection and MP3 file naming. Panasonic says that it plays MP3 CD's but I will probably never use them so I can't tell you. I bought this because I didn't need one with a radio. I didn't even know it played MP3's. The sides are pretty empty. It has a open latch on the right side, a headphone jack towards the top, and a hold and AC jack on the left side. The LCD screen is nice. It displays the Song and some other information. Not that important. It comes with only one accesorie, a pair of headphones. They are pretty ugly, although they work fine. I use a different pair. Panasonic says it can go for like 37 hours with two AA batteries. The batteries go incide the CD player. You have to open up the top to get to where you put the batteries. I bought it on amazon.com for $55 with free shipping. It arrived in two days.
