Pros: Attractive design, multiple handsets, good ergonomic design. Two lines
Cons: Strange user interface, display clarity not good, only holds 50 names in memory
The Bottom Line: This telephone system performs some functions well and it misses the boat on others. If the shortcomings can be overlooked I can recommend it.

This is a ATT cordless telephone that operates in the 2400 Mhz service. It has the ability to support up to 8 handsets but only 4 at a time. This is a two line system and there are not too many to choose from if you need cordless satellite handsets. This system has some very strong positive points.
The handsets are small and attractive in a muted way.
Each handset has a good sounding speaker phone built in. They also sound good in the standard mode. The range by actual test in my case was at least 300 feet. Loading the memory is easy but each handset has to be loaded separately and you can't send the directory from the base to the handsets.
There are some negatives as well. The display is not too easy to read. The user interface in not intuitive and in one case the soft key is a down arrow while the key is an up arrow.
The phone doesn't know your area code so when you save an incoming caller ID call to the directory the phone doesn't put the 1 in front of the number so it must be edited by hand in every case.
I believe this phone is made by the off shore Vtech company.
It is a good phone system and is not cheap. They are almost there but have a way to go
