Pros: All-In-One makes convenient and price is added bonus.
Cons: No dial pad on base. Annoying sticker on hand set impossible to remove.
The Bottom Line: You couldn't ask for more in a phone, especially at that price. I love it and am very satisfied with my purchase!

| robbiehaf's Full Review: Uniden EXAI 7980 900 MHz - Cordless Phone |
I checked opinions here before shopping for a cordless phone/answering machine. This was the highest rated in my price range (actually below my price range). I am so happy I looked here first! This is a great phone! It has all the features I needed (plus some) and it came at a great price - I ordered this online, refurbished, for $49.95.
What can I say? It has it all. I've had problems in the past with cordless phone in my house. Not this one! The phone has a very long range. I even use it outside, all the way to the edge of my yard. The headphone jack comes in handy while I'm gardening, cooking, or on the computer. It even includes a belt clip. It's very convenient to be able to answer calls on the speaker phone at the base. I just wish it had a dial pad. The answering machine and memory dial functions are easy to use. I don't use the caller ID, so I can't tell you anything about this.
My only real complaint, which is a small one, is that the phone hand set has a sticker on it informing you about caller ID functions. It's a very large, bright sticker that had to be removed for cosmetic reasons. I peeled it off, but it left a sticky film that was nearly impossible to remove. I finally got it off with some nail polish remover a lot of scrubbing.
