Pros: Compact size, clear sound output, headset stand, volume control, and the comfort of the headset.
Cons: Microphone is really, really powerful and can catch too much at times.
I have worked in the call center business going on four years now and I recently had to buy this set for an at-home job that I got into. It is the clearest and most crisp set I have ever used! It even comes with a little stand for the headset to sit on while not in use, much better than just laying it on your desk. Its small, so it does not take up the whole half of my desk. Clients never have a problem hearing me, and the headset even switches from over the head to an ear clip to just sit on one ear, including three different size clips! Its comfortable, and for as long as I have used it I have not, once, had a problem with having that 'cauliflower' ear feeling. It has wonderful volume control, and if I can't hear someone, I can turn it up and even the smallest voice becomes a lion's roar! However, the microphone is extremely sensitive and can pick up the slightest sounds. I have had clients tell me how fast I type, or even hear the neighbors dog barking, outside, in the neighbors yard! Yet, with all of the great things about this phone I find this one small thing to be very minor. I have really never been happier with a headset and phone in my career on the phones.
