I can't believe I came across such a wonderful product for such a good Canadian price.. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have been told by my doctor to start walking...So, I burned lots of Cds and went out to purchase a cd player...I like quality sound and a good price.
So I started checking around for a good cd player with those two things in mind..I went to quite a few places that sold cd walkmans. In some stores I put the headphones on and listened to the real expensive ones and yes, I liked them but I was not ready to pay their high prices.

I was getting discouraged as the days passed as I was not finding anything decent for the price i wanted to pay..and then I found it!!.. I could not believe it.. a JVC product for a price i could live with..I have a jvc home stero system and have had it for 22 years...it's still going and the sound is better by far than some of the newer names i've listened to at friends' places..so for me JVC has certainly been a name I can put my trust in.

this sleek, little black machine has excellent sound and is very durable..the anti-skip function is just amazing..even with the anti-skip turned off, it still does not skip when i walk..I've even tested it by running and it still did not skip...(with anti-skip on)

I cannot tell the difference between the cds i've burned myself and the store bought ones. that surprised me as I thought the burned ones would be of lower sounding quality, but no way, they sound excellent..

It has some very nice features on it as well..surely, enough for my use..It's very easy to use (i didn't need to read any instructions to operate it. it can be carried easily in my pocket or backpack.

I like the hold button that stops you from accidentally turning it on..i like the fact that I can choose the bass level..this is very helpful if you've downloaded music that either has too little bass or too much bass.. with a flick of a button you can change the bass to the level you are comfortable with.
I like that I have the option to have the anti-skip on or off..(having it off can make your batteries last a bit longer...) I find I don't need it on just out walking.

I like how it has a low-battery indicator so I'll know to pick up batteries.

It comes with a great set of headphones as well...comfortable fiting.

Because of the powerful sound this machine puts out, my walking has become something I look forward every day.

I am very happy with this product and I feel very confident that it won't disappoint the person who is looking for an expensive sound at an inexpensive price.

I highly recommend this walkman.
