| baldy672's Full Review: Pogo RipFlash Plus (128 MB) MP3 Player |
I have a RipFlash Plus that's 2 months out of warranty. Almost exactly a year after it was purchased, the unit refused to take downloads - in essence, it became a MP3 player that wouldn't play MP3.
Pogo's tech support consists of telling you to reinstalling the software. If that doesn't work, it must be your machine. The technician working on my problem had little or no understanding of Windows.
I purchased the unit to record AM radio talk shows - and it still usable for that purpose, but it simply won't play anything that wasn't recorded on it.
