Pros: acceptable battery life
Cons: poor quality, worst ever support
The Bottom Line: Would not buy anything again at Sonic Blue. 150$ for repair and a new player 120$. Extraordinarily cheeky.

After less than a year (there was one year warranty) I realised a small fault. Now recently the device broke apart. I thought the screws had loosened. In fact the inner fixations were all broke which had also caused the problem earlier the year. I have always handled the device very carefully for a portable one!!! Although I reported my problem and even gave some suggestions for improvements and feedback (that time was a friendly reaction of the support), I now got told that a repair would cost 150$ and they only ship to US and Canada. This is really ignorant and charging 150$ is extremely cheeky as a new player would cost less. Be warned to buy at Sonic Blue!!!
