| medesoa's Full Review: Rio S50 Street (128 MB) MP3 Player |
I got this thru online, and only reason i bought this was
because this is CHEAP!! You could get it at BestBuy or somewhere else for one twenty to hundred or so.
After reading the reviews written about this MP3 player,
I see that most people find it great, but I don't think so.
1.The white noise
when I listen to music with this thing,
I could hear the "White Noise" - I changed the headphone
but nothing changed- and frankly, this is annoying. Poor
chips are used in this, I think.
2.EQ setting
there's no EQ setting!! You only get The Must have ones like skip song and volume control, and hold.
There's not even some presets!!
3. Supplied Headphone
Some people say it's stylsh, but not for me. The sound
quality's decent, but not good.
4.USB port
This one uses the previous version of USB, so
it take more time to put your songs in your mp3 player
than the ones using the new version.
5. Poor radio reception
It's OK when you are outdoor, but in a moving car or indoor, you
can barely hear the radio. Poor reception.
Bottom line is, Look for something else!! If you really
don't want to spend more than 120 on mp3 player, this may
be the one for you, but for everybody else, avoid this!
You know they make excellent MP3 players with a lotta
options these day. Yesterday, I saw the one featuring
Color-changing LCD. it changes its backlight to the music!!
How cool is that? lol
