Pros: Very nicely integrated UNIX, very easy user interface. It just works!!!

Cons: A bit pricey. Software variety not as good as windows.

I've LOVE my dual processor G4!! I couldn't afford the G5, but I'm extremely happy with the speed and ease of use that OS X provides.

It's probably the most smoothly integrated version of UNIX available to the consumer.

The quality of the hardware is apparent the first time you open the box (which is nearly a religious experience in itself).

There were a few packages that I need to run on a regular basis that weren't available for the Mac, but I installed Virtual PC and that's no longer an issue. Virtual PC Performance is quite good with the dual G4 processors.
