| pandncat's Full Review: Sony Digital Photo DPP-EX7 Dye Sublimation Printer |
The best thing about this printer is that it's so easy to take it anywhere and start printing. I recently took it to birthday party where I took the children's individual pictures and printed it on stickers. They were so thrilled and everyone thought the pictures were amazing. The clarity of the pictures are even better than the ones I've brought in the past to the one hour photo labs. What I love about it is that I can crop my pictures right on the printer screen. I can also make greeting cards, calenders, and stickers. I haven't found any other printers that can do that. The photo paper may be a little expensive but on the other hand you get both photo paper and a printer cartridge so you don't need to worry about running out of ink. The photo paper has a laminate
which protects the photo from water and finger prints. You just wipe it off and it's good as new unlike other photo paper. Although it takes about 2 to 3 minutes to print, it's worth the wait. I just love my new printer. I'm recommending it to all my friends. Since the birthday party, 2 of my friends have already purchased this printer.
