Expensive but awesome printer.

patches33's Full Review: Sony Digital Photo DPP-EX7 Dye Sublimation Printer
This printer is simply "awesome." It allows you to choose numerous functions to edit, filter and create customized photo print-outs. The 3.8 color LCD with touch panel with stylus pen makes it extremely user friendly. With high resolution of 2466 x 1664 the quality is great and it prints out in about 90 seconds. The printer uses two coat lamination color dye which prevents color bleeds and fading.

The creative function allows you to adjust the brightness, contrast and sharpness. It also allows you to create cards and calendars to name a few. The printer paper package comes with its own cartridge that lasts for the specified count. I bought 25 paper count and cartridge only lasts for 25 print-outs but it is very easy to change the cartridge.

Couple of disadvantage with this printer: although you can only print out borderless 4x6 or 3x5 photos, it does not allow you to print larger photo size. The printer does not allow print out of full panoramic effect. The paper can be costly over time. I suggest purchasing the value pack to save few dollars. The other disadvantage is that its pricey but I think its worth every penny of it. It is money well spent.
