| mlbarnes60's Full Review: RCA Lyra RD1090 (256 MB) MP3 Player |
This is not my first MP3 player, but it is definitely the best. Lots of memory (256k!), easy installation of the software, and the ability to play MP3Pro files is a HUGE benefit. Files transfer quickly, and playback easily. I recommend re-recording them in MP3Pro VBR format, with DFX enhancements. They sound great!
The FM radio isn't the best, but works fine at the gym (getting reception from the TVs is fine), which is why I wanted the radio in the first place.
My only complaint is that there is no belt clip. I prefer running with the MP3 on my belt than around my arm (it only comes with an arm band), but other than that, the player is really solid. I like it better than the Rio Clio I had (although I miss the stopwatch).
Good product!
