The features of this player are great, I loved it for about 4 weeks. Now, unfortunately I had 6 players in total (!) and all of these broke down. 15 months later I still do not have a working player and have given up.... When I asked the question to their Customer Care: "what would you do if you were me" he answered "I would probably go to court". Also he said: "We cannot afford postage on return shipment of all players that break down"
Added up:
- 15 months
- 6 players
- paid return shipping myself 3 times
- Lost 2 DVD's stuck in the player
So in total over $200.... these guys are lucky I do not live in California or have the time to visit.
