While I was wondering around store to store looking to replace a 20 yr old receive I came across this system.
While there are others in the market, the Panasonic name still means value and quality for the price. ($399.00 cnd)
While I looked at other that were in the same price, this unit is digital and dts while the others were only digital ready.
So I bought this receiver and took it home. I looked over the manual thinking "how hard can it be to set it up?"
Well after fooling around for 1/2 hour I went back to the instruction guide (you would think that I was a guy being so stubborn!)
Well as easy as it looks in the manual and then looking at the back or the unit is another thing. After about 20 mins the unit was set up and working. The nice feature of this unit is it has a help button that will tell you if anything is hooked up wrong.
This is a great system for the average person looking for a quality receiver without spending a ton of money.
