450rms for $550? That doesn't sound like a great deal to me. I know US Amps are awesome, but you get more per dollar with Rockford. A 360a2 will run up to 500 rms, and can be purchased for $250-$300. A 500a2 will push 700-800 rms and will run around $350. These are 4 ohm mono ratings, and are in rms, not max. All Rockford amps are basically underrated by about 30%. That's free watts. MTX has some great price per watt ratios too.

Although Rockford's are great amps and really pump out the bass, I have found that U.S.Amps are by far better!! You even get more watts for your dollar cause they aren't pricing there product by the name they carry, they are priced reasonably!! Check there website out at usamps.com !!!!
I have a USA series150 that pumps out 450 watts rms when bridged into two ohms and it is one ohm stable!!!! 450 watts RMS, not peak!!! Now that is serious power!!!And it was priced at around 550$. It is too much actually for the two Kicker XPL 15's i have them hooked up to. I had to turn the gain down!!! If you have any questions e-mail me at bryan_01_16@yahoomail.com
