Who would have thought reviews of paper shredders could be so entertaining? I'm in the process of looking for a high-end, really high-tech paper shredder, and have to confess I don't really know what I'm looking at. These opinions help greatly, but I was curious about how this model fares against other models -- are there other shredders I should look at? Are there new models? model from the same company. The old one I had would only do 1 sheet at a time, and sometimes jam on that. I actually had to explain why our office needed a real paper shredder, and why it was not a waste of money. I guess they would happier if I handed out thier financial and personal information out to strangers on the street.

Heh. I'm glad you got that mental picture. I actually chuckle as I head from sorting the mail each day to the shredder. It's like another pet and I have to feed it daily. I'm actually disappointed now when I don't get
something in the mail to feed to it.

Although I don't own this particular model, I have seen it in action. The shedder is as described, a site to see.
