Cons: It never worked but was offered Paperport 11 for a $99 upgrade
I purchased Paperport 10 in hopes of "scanning" my way to a paperless environment. Paperport 10 would never recognize my printer despite numerous attempts. It kept locking up when running the scanning "wizard". Their customer service requires a pin (forcing you to give them information to allow them to market to you) and their tech support for a NEW product cost $10 per event. I've demanded a RMA and will see if they follow through with their 30 day guarantee.
