Pros: None
Cons: Warranty support is at best lackadaisical, apparently indifferent, incompetent or both.
The Bottom Line: In 2 weeks went from store to bad (couldn't print one page) to worse (grinding sound) to shop for 3 weeks. Samsung sent wrong part; still awaiting right one.

OK, maybe I got the one lemon Samsung has ever built. But a freight car full of superior Samsung printers is of no relevance to me; what is, is the one that developed a loud grinding noise only two weeks after purchase, during which it was barely used, since it insisted that its paper tray was empty (when it wasn't) whenever asked to print more than just one page.
Now, I couldn't take it back to the store because I'd hacked up the box cutting out the bar code for the rebate, and the local Best buy expects returns to be in pristine shape, including packaging.
So, June 28 (today is July 19), it's off to the Authorized Repair site.
They diagnose a faulty board and request a replacement part from Samsung. Samsung sends the wrong part. Samsung wanted the wrong part returned before issuing the right one (I hope), and are sending it by regular (not overnight or 2nd day) shipping.
I can only hope that tomorrow or the next day the right part arrives and the printer is -- well not good as new, in this case (please, no!) -- someday soon -- functional.
Maybe I'll be really really lucky and the whole adventure will end up taking less than four weeks!
Seriously, to me the measure of a company's quality is how it responds when the inevitable occurs -- when one of its products fail. I would have expected a company with a reputation for high quality products to show much more interest in customer satisfaction than my case has demonstrated.
Perhaps I simply have had some bad luck, perhaps this experience of mine is highly unusual, but I will never again take a chance with Samsung.
Why should I?
