| edomingox's Full Review: Samsung VY-H200S Voice Recorder |
I don't know what the difference between this one and the VY-H200 but I bought the VY-H200 for my college class to record the lectures and I thought it sucked royally. Here's my good and bad points:
Good:
-- Small and easy to store.
-- Multiple directories to separate my class subject recordings.
-- All digital so you can load back onto your PC.
Bad:
-- High/Low recording both records alot of white noise. Super High Quality came with extra high pitch noise.
-- Not much difference between LP/SP/HQ/SHQ.
-- Cost too much for the bad quality. Just get the real tape recorder.
I returned it and purchased a different brand. I don't know if I just got a defective recorder but after the first recording, I just was really disappointed in it and even though it's very easy to use and convenient, I just couldn't get over the bad sound quality.
