Beware of ScanSoft's (more like ScamSoft) "No Support" type policy for this product. I owned it for just under a year and got a new PC to install it on. It asks me for a Registration Code (I had a serial number) in order to use it. ScanSoft stated that I was supposed to buy a "Registration Extention" for the product when I purchased it so that I could install it in the future. I was not made aware of this. Now they said I have to buy the product again for $50 since I did not purchase the registration extension. What a RIP OFF! Stay away from these people. Terrible business etiquette and practices!
