Pros:Picture, form-factor, viewing angle, brightness control, video connections.
Cons:Removable stand is adequate.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this, or any of the Sharp Aquos LCD TVs.

When my wife asked for a television for our master bath, I thought it would be relatively complicated to find one that would fit in the available space, and have a nice picture. The LC-15S1U-S (in silver)was perfect. At 15" x 13", and a depth of only 2.5", it gave the maximum screen size for the available area. And with the VESA 100 mounting holes, it mounted nicely to a wall bracket (Omnimount tilt bracket).

I paid $314.00 for a refurbed unit, and it's great. The picture quality is excellent, and the dynamic brightness adjustment works very well. That was one of my main concerns as this was my first LCD TV. When the room is bright in the early morning, the picture is as nice as at night.

The video input connections seem especially well-designed. On one side is an S-Video and video connector, and behind a removable panel on the rear are the other connectors. They include another S-Video, video, a traditional coax, and a component input. After connecting the cables, the panel can be snapped into place with the cables run out the provided slot.

Though the only input I needed was cable TV, I had to try hooking up a DVD player through the component input. The EDTV performance was as advertised, and looked about as nice as my 32" HDTV.
