Pros: Size, swivel design great audio, clear video picture, simple operation. Pre set scene menus
Cons: No external mic input, hot shoe or lanc input. Poor still image quality.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants a quality Digital Camera, without breaking the bank! Easy to use, great quality video and audio. This camera represents great value!

I have only had this camera 1 week, but already I love it! I use a full featured Semi Pro Camera for work (Cost over $5000.) so I do have a high level of expectation. The video and audio quality are great, and the single handed operation, with the ability to rotate the body is a welcomed relief to unnatural wrist positions.
The size and form are what attracted me to this camera, and it is so easy to operate. The fact that you don't have to hold a camera up to your face means you don't miss out on what is happening. The menu functions require a little bit of "paging" but for less than $400, I'm prepared to deal with it.
I have already used the camera to record a live band performance, and it gave a fantastic "Live sound" audio recording. The Video quality was exceptionally clear, considering the flashing lights, fog machines etc. (Just left it on auto).
Also used it to record my sons soccer game in full sun light. Great reproduction. I really like the "Scene Menu" option.
Still images are low quality, but great for emailing. Not a real concern, since I bought it to record video.
The ability to make all necessary adjustments to Iris, Gain, Zoom, Back Light and focus make this a full featured camera in a really compact design.
I really like this camera.
