....Though I never heard of her. You don't specifically say--is her music pop, rock, country, R&B? Other vocalists? I'm one of those who doesn't pay much to the message behind the words, but to how it sounds, so always go by that first. Do you know if she is any relation to that DiFranco family that sang in the 70s? Or is that spelled differently?

Despite how broke I am right now, I plan on picking this one up as soon as I can. If that means not eating for a day or two... so be it.
I would have bought it already if it weren't for that damn new Beck release. Sorry... but I'm a Beck fan first, Ani second. I gotta stick to my priorities in these times of empty pockets and pitiful bank deposits.
Happy late birthday and all. Sorry I didn't email or call or something, but I trust the mix arrived plenty early. And I hope you were able to set aside Ani for just enough time to get in a listen or two!

Actually, I'm not partial to either disc, I've been switching back and forth between them pretty regularly....Though as far as a song goes, I really am partial to Self Evident at the moment.

... so, are you partial to one side over another? I'm all over the second disc right now. I picked up the DVD of Render about a week before I got this (in it you can see her doing a little mixing of this disc actually) and am hoping to get the two of them written up here shortly but, for right now, I am just groovin' on my newest Ani fix.

you take it upon yourself to praise Ani, I think to myself that I would be best advised to pick up an album of hers. Anyway...as a hypothetical...which one album would you recommend?
