I am sorry for your troubles... (Reply to this comment)

You have great passion for the product. Negative passion, but passion nonetheless. I can't speak for others, but I love negative reviews. They can be very powerful tools to help spread the word about a bad product. As DrSteph pointed out, a little more detail about the product would be much more helpful. Another reason for including more detail is to show that you used the product and are familiar with all the features, both good and bad. Pointing out any good or passable attributes of the product and then the bad attributes and showing how they outweigh the good ones makes for the most powerful of negative reviews.
If you edit this, please let me know and I will gladly re-read and re-rate it.

Your review mostly describes your headaches with technical support and reliability problems with your laptop. Those these are important to note, they don't tell readers much else about the product, thereby limiting the usefulness of your review. You might want to consider editing your review to include more information about the features of the laptop and your experience in using it.
