Too many irritations

This has made me a smarter shopper. I'll know what to look out for in the future when shopping for an in dash MP3 CD player.
The first noticed irritation was that it beeps every time you turn off the ignition. The only way to disable this is to hook up an external amplifier. Go figure?
The next noticed irritation is that when you turn it off, it is constantly showing you a scrolling advertisement for itself. How irritating!
I find the bright display too much. When driving at night, I usually open the cover - this turns off the bright display.
The most recent irritation (the one that prompted the writing of this review), is that it has a VERY ODD way of alphabetizing. It will play those files with capital letters before those with lower case letters. For instance, below is an example of the order it would put the following 4 file names:
AAZ
Aardvark
Zen
after glow
