I was always a little doubtful about digital cameras. One of the reasons why is that the majority of people have disks or CD's of pictures that are never printed out. Once I made the decision I just decided that the only way I'd get the camera was to make sure that the pictures were printed and I've stuck to that.

We've had the camera since Christmas. We've used it a lot as we have a 7 month old daughter (who has definitely had her share of pictures taken!). The camera is very easy to use and has great picture quality on the screen and in printed (or processed) photos.

I've never used the movie option (maybe when our daughter takes her 1st steps). The setup of the camera is easy and it takes great pictures in just the regular mode. I haven't really experimented much with the built in mode options yet.

Our camera came with rechargeable batteries and the recharger as well as the camera case. The batteries have a really good life and we just keep spare AA batteries in the case for when the rechargeables run out.

All in all I think that we made a good choice and we're very happy with the results.
