Pros: Easy to use, nice thin cabinet.

Cons: Won't play all types of media as claimed.
zugzug's Full Review: Sony DVP-NS425P DVD Player
I burn DVD-Rs that are read by 5 other DVD players with no problem, however, this Sony unit plays them with choppy pictures as if it doesn't have enough capacity to handle the data. A $30 Proton DVD player in my basement plays them flawlessly.

Avoid this DVD player and ANY DVD player made by JVC.
