You'll need a dolly to get it home, but you'll realize it was well worth the effort when you turn it on and your hair turns gray and your eyeballs melt. According to the manufacture date stamp, it was put together in 1998. That year, it was the very top of the line Sony big screen TV. From what I have seen recently (in the way of projection TVs) this one can definitely still hold its own. Satellite TV looks brilliant through it, as do DVDs. This baby is bulky, and the manual strongly suggests that you'll want two or three burly guys (or girls) to get it into your living room. I would tend to agree.
