I have owned this TV for a little over two years with no problems. The picture quality is great for a flat CRT. I used it mostly with the sound off connected to my home theater receiver and DVD player. The sound from the built-in speakers is OK. As the other reviewers have pointed out, it is heavy! The channel label function is pretty cool, except that I could not store more than about 30 channels call letters. This is shortsighted since the TV has 125 channels available. Also, there is no way to delete all the channel labels at once. So if you need to change many of the labels, you have to go to each channel and delete the label. All the other settings are fairly standard for TVs and are easy to set. The remote is easy to use, but it is not illuminated and does not glow in the dark.
