Pros: Nice tv while it worked

Cons: Sony customer service was HORRIBLE!!!! Tv only lasted 15 months!

We had this tv for 15 months and the fly back transformer blew. Repair costs were over $250. Sony customer service was useless. 2 months of calls to them and 20 minute wait times, left us no further ahead. I will NEVER buy another Sony tv again. We have never had a problem with any tv in the past. Our first Sony, and quite honestly a piece of garbage.
