Pros: The MDS-JB920 mini-disc player is a good buy
Cons: I believe that in the future mini-disc players will be out of the market,
The Bottom Line: If you enjoy mini-disc sound and quality, this is a good buy. This can hold itself with many high-quality systems out today

It seems to me that sony has their act together in developing high quality electronics equipment. I do think that they have good quality in their equipment and when something does malfunction, they are able to fix it or replace it very quickly. The MDS-JB920 is a very good buy in the mini-disc market. First of all, sony did develop the mini-disc. As far as cons go, i am not sure where the market is going right now so i cannot say that the mini-disc will be highly used in the near future. Sony has been around for quite a while and they know high quality equipment, and i know from personal experience that this specific mini-disc player is quite able to hold itself with most of the highest quality sound systems that are out today. This is a very good buy, but if you want it any cheaper, i believe that the technology will become more know, and therefore the price should go down. I got my mini-disc player a couple of months ago and the price has gone down about 150 dollars since i got it. And i have no doubt that the price wont continue to drop.
