I grabbed this Sony NetMD MZ-NE410 a couple of years ago I can't believe it still works because I put this MD in some serious head trauma, I must have dropped it over fifty times just a small dent and It's good to go again. The battery life is amazing that's the one of the only reasons why i tolerate it. The display sucks, very dark, and it easily gets scratched up from the smallest things. The sound quality is the best in this MD "only with the headphones you buy separate," though, Sony gives you cheapest headphones with all of the MP3, CD, and Md players you buy so they can win twice. All the good headphones you buy at other stores all come from Sony "It's called store command control". Other than that this Md is just standard not great not bad, It records (32x max) about 1 1/2 seconds a song, it plays, and you listen to it. Simple right WRONG, the software that comes with all MD recorders or a pain. One song at a time gets on my nerves I got other things to do today, and your just clicking away one song at a time, and Sony loves to copyright everything this is a real downfall because there's not many other software out there that you can use to transfer songs with, and NO NO NO YOU CANNOT UP LOAD SONGS FROM THE MD RECORDER TO THE PC, I've tried so many times and I just haven't achieved it yet, that's it.
