I was wondering if it was a good idea to get a Sony PSP for my nephew this Christmas. I have just bought the PSP off one of the eBay buyers. Would recommend it to anyone and everyone of all ages. I mean you can play games, watch movies and listed to songs. All this in 1 small piece of plastic. Sleek and black was my choice. Definitely better than any other one out there in the market.

You forgot one of the best games out for it thus far: Lumines from Ubisoft. It was the first game I bought for it and it's awesome. The addictive puzzle-soliving feel and delicious music keep me playing until 2 AM.

I keep on thinking the biggest hurdle for this device might be the multiplayer. I was really surprised to see just how much this device got hacked the past couple weeks. Now it wouldn't surprise me to see popular online games hacked to the point of being almost unplayable.

As for the movies. Some sites have upcoming UMD titles listed. I know Hellboy is one of them, as well as the new FFVII movie.

I can't wait for the GTA. I read somewhere, and this is complete speculation as the site was some random site I visited when I was surfing, that the PSP GTA will be able to be played online someway.
The Gran Turismo portable has also been rumored to be playable online unlike GT4 on PS2.
Great review man. I was up all night the other night playing my friend's PSP, he left it with me for a week because he was going on vacation at the beach and wouldn't need it :)
