I purchased the Sony KD-34XBR2 Flat Screen television set three weeks ago. The salesman said that this model was the best ever made. The first day I had the TV, I found that the bottom horizontal line was not straight and the bottom corners were bent down. I called Sony, and they told us to visit a Sony Authorized Service Center. The service department at the store I bought the TV from tried to fix the problem twice, but could not. Sony suggested a different service center, but they could not fix the problem either. The technician at the store then showed us that all of the Sony HDTVs they sold at their store had the same problems. We looked at the Toshiba TVs and they did not have these problems. I am planning on returning the KD-34XBR2.
