Pros: Easy installation,good reliability and good price.

Cons: 30 day trial of Soundagent2 software, must purchase for $10

Great sound,easy installation and good reliability.
Mp3's sound clear and crisp and games are great.
I hooked up the digital out to my receiver and it sounds great.
Philips delivered what it promised,a quality budget card.
