The Bottom Line: I think these are great speakers, and unless you are going to upgrade to a Surround sound system, this is your best option.

I worked at Best Buy last year and wanted to get some new computer speakers. They carry a lot of basic logitech stuff and other apparently weak sounding speakers. I noticed the Bose and tested them out. I found the sound to be incredible for the size speaker they were. I purchased them for about 75 dollars with my discount but I believe they run about 99 dollars at MSRP. They have both a headphone jack input and a standard Audio cable for hooking up to your tv or DVD/VCR player. They have a cool mixing feature that you can use if you wanna watch a sports game on your tv and have some light music playing from your computer in the background that is pretty cool. Overall I love them and would recommend them to anyone. I blast them all the time and I have noticed no deterioration in the speakers' sound at all. They come in three different colors: black, silver, and white. They have two simple knobs on one speaker for volume and mixing and the second speaker attaches to the first one. All of the inputs and AC power goes into one speaker and it is transfered to the other via an attached cable. A+ in my book.
