Pros: overall sound quality, significant bass capabilities, affordable, long lasting and durable.
Cons: bass distortion at full volume with bass all the way up
The Bottom Line: Get these speakers, they're awesome and you won't get this kind of quality with a lot of systems more expensive and definitely not with any at this price!!

I've had these speakers for three years now (since 2003) there's a lot of new stuff out there and I refuse to upgrade... no need!! This system will go loud!! With surprising clarity. I'm very picky when it comes to sound quality and strong bass with flat panels that can keep up. This Subwoofer will really bump and the flat panels keep up perfectly so you’re not drowning in bass at high volumes. Another thing I can say about this system is I have been pushing it to the limit for 3 years now and it's still just as good as the day it came out of the box. Not only that but physically durable as well, they've moved 4 times (across states) and have had god knows what spilled on them and they're still awesome, they just don't look as pretty :-) My only complaint is if you turn the bass all the way up with it a full volume then there is significant distortion. Although I'm not sure who would want to listen to their music that way anyway. The problem can easily be fixed by playing with the control panel sounds settings. I would recommend this for any music lover that likes it loud, appreciates good bass and has a budget.
