PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A REVIEW OF CA 3310 FLAT PANEL SPEAKERS. NOT OF MMS-20.
...after checking and window shopping for four weeks, I came about CA 3310 at Office Depot. It wasn't even on my preferred list. I was mostly considering major know brands like Altec Lansing, Harmon Kardon, etc. However, when I played it side by side with speakers from Altec Lansing and Creative Labs, which were considerably more expensive than this, I was more than impressed. Sound quality and especially the bass was superb. I also checked a model lower than this one (one with just two speakers, no subwoofer) which was rather tinny. But this one sounded great. This one has two flat panel speakers with volume control right on the speaker. Speakers look very stylish and high tech. The subwoofer can go under the desk. I think the wattage is 26 or higher. Pretty close to it. The price I paid was just $29.99 plus taxes. Excellent price.
More importantly, when I played it at home in my computer room, the sound was much more expensive. It filled the room and sounded like I was sitting in an auditorium! It was incredible. On my computer, I also have a television, and you should watch and hear the MTV! WOW!
I strongly recommend you try these speakers out before forking out hundreds of dollars for other speakers. This may be all you need. I am glad, I did!
