Bought these speakers for my home computer from a local computer store for $25.00. Figured "why not, theyre cheap enough", but when I got them plugged in, I was floored by the flat sound and lack of options. My old 2 speaker system sounded WAY better than these! Maybe if there was some adjustment to the treble/midrange they would be better? The bass lacks any feel also, sounds like a cheap drum a child would play. If I had a choice I would not buy these again, saying that I remembered a set of 4x6" coaxial Polks I had in my truck that blew out in 4 days off the headunit power. Shouldve expected they wouldnt be quality. If you have a sound adjustment on your computer for bass/treble/mid, then maybe they could be adjusted correctly, but I dont. They also lack a headphone jack (my old $8 pair had them) which I would like sometimes when the kids are asleep. Anyway, buy at your own risk!
