| dahoove31's Full Review: TDK MOJO 1 (128 MB) MP3 Player |
I ripped all my mp3's with RealPlayer, and have some downloaded MP3's as well. The Mojo 1 would only play a few of my ripped songs and even less of the downloaded songs. Work with TDK's tech support for a week, and found them utterly useless. First person on the chat board I had was blaming me on the fact I was using Musicmatch to transfer songs, saying that the plug in for Musicmatch that TDK provides on the cd that comes with the device doesn't always work. SO I used the the software that came with the Mojo, and had the same problems. Went back to TDK's tech support Chat and told me to return the device for a new one. I did that still had the same problem. Called Tech support this time and the Mojo 1 expert told me to contact Real about the way Realplayer rips mp3's The TDK tech had no real response when I questioned why he thought it was an issue with Realplayer when some ripped songs work and some don't.
