Pros: Good picture & great sound.
Cons: Customer service stinks.
The Bottom Line: Reliability stinks, customer service is worse than bad. Based on many attempts to get a bad remote replaced, I'll never buy a Toshiba again.

Remote buttons fall off and Toshiba customer service stinks. After 4 months of calls to customer service, and countless promises that it would be replaced, I finally gave up and bought another remote from Best Buy for $21 + tax & S/H, best $30 bucks I’ve spent on this TV. Of special interest is Derrick Thompson, a service manager for Toshiba, who, after 4 months of my waiting for a replacement remote, said they’d send me a universal remote, but it probably wouldn’t work. Then he got real snotty and said that Toshiba’s service plan does not state when the problem would be fixed, just that they would fix the problem! Based on this experience, I’ll never buy from Toshiba again. Be warned, their service people stink.
