| psychobutler's Full Review: Toshiba 65HDX82 65 in. HDTV-Ready CRT TV |
After searching for opinions all over the net and spending endless amounts of time standing (and sitting and lying on the floor) in front of various tvs at several stores, I decided on the Toshiba 65hdx82. The quality of picture was on par or better than the competition and the price was well below the other offerings. Side view is very good on this set unlike a lot of others. While regular cable channels are sometimes a little grainy, digital pictures and dvds are incredible. I haven't noticed any more glare on the picture of this set than I did on my old 27" tv. It does take some getting used to because of the sheer size of this thing. After a couple of days, though, it doesn't look out of place. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for a value priced set with a great pic.
