Poor Quality

I got this cam at Walmart for $20. I figured I was getting a great deal because I had a clip that I figured could be used for notebook attachment and a microphone. I couldn't have been more wrong. The clip did work somewhat, but it was too loose for a notebook. That was my misjudgement. However, I never had an opportunity to check the quality of the mic because I spent the whole time trying to get a clear picture with the camera. The image was very grainy and hard to make out. It was also very dark. I tried adjusting with the manual focus, but that didn't do any good. I was so frustrated that I packed it back up and took it right back that same day. The young woman at customer service looked at it and said as if it had happened before, "It didn't work?" I replied, "It didn't work well. It sucked!" She nodded knowingly.
