Welcome to Epinions. Sorry to hear this works so poorly for you. What makes epinions helpful to many readers is being able to read about how other users have setup or used an item, how they actually used it, and what worked and what didn't work. If you could provide a few more details summarizing how you installed it (low lighting on a win 98 system, for example), what settings you changed to get it work, etc, your readers would be much better informed.
