Pros: good sound, rugged, or so I thought

Cons: Products only as good as the company that backs it up. No backup here.

I bought this mp3 player in December of 2004. The screen went blank a couple of months ago. I sent in to the company for repair about 5 weeks ago. Every time I call to check the status they take my name and number and never call me back. I called again today for the sixth time. The player overall worked well but I will never deal with this company again. I just email their Hong Kong office to see if I could get any help there. Its a shame. Never again.
